Chris has a bachelors in Information Technology and an Masters in Business Administration specialising in international business. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a Chartered IT Professional. He has studied various forms of applied psychology and coaching and is an NLP Master Practitioner.

Chris is the successful author of Leadership Recharged! - a book on Business Leadership and Organizational Architecture. He is currently working on a second book on change management.

Born and educated in the UK, he now lives in The Netherlands and travels extensively for business and pleasure. In addition to his native English, he speaks fluent Dutch and bad French.

When not working in or with organizations, he escapes them by chasing small white balls around a few thousand meters of landscaped countryside into very small holes.
